Wait for God's help, trial or blessing?

Waiting for the Lord's help in a difficult situation can seem like an endless ordeal. But waiting is the best thing to do in uncertain times of our lives.

ATo wait for the fulfillment of the Lord's promises is not the same as to wait for the fulfillment of the promises of men. For God is not a man to lie, and what his mouth says his hand fulfills. When we choose to depend on the Lord and His timing, we can stand firm and believe that we will never be disappointed.

Now faith is a firm assurance of things that we hope for, a demonstration of those that we do not see.
Hebrews 11: 1

Even though this is extremely difficult to imagine, the wait times and the whole process of waiting are blessings in themselves.

Whoever remains under the shelter of the Most High rests in the shadow of the Almighty. I say to the Lord, My refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust! For it is he who delivers you from the fowler's net, from the pestilence and its ravages. He will cover you with his feathers, and you will find refuge under his wings. His loyalty is a shield and a breastplate. Thou shalt not fear the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor the contagion that strikes at noon. Let a thousand fall at your side, and ten thousand on your right hand, you shall not be affected. Only with your eyes will you see, and you will see the retribution of the wicked.
Psalm 91: 1-8

Remember. No need to struggle, and to initiate solutions on your own. The Bible is clear:

It is good to wait in silence for the help of the Lord.
3 Lamentations: 26
