This Wednesday, October 6 began the tributes to Bernard Tapie with a funeral mass organized in the church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, in Paris. Many personalities were present from Brigitte Macron to Nicolas Sarkozy, via Claude Lelouch or Roselyne Bachelot.
We share with you the words spoken by Pastor Marcel Kouamenan during this ceremony where Jesus was truly announced! Eric Celery
2 Timothy 4 verses 6 to 8
“For my part, in fact, I am already sacrificed and the moment of my departure is approaching. I fought the good fight, I finished the race, I kept the faith. From now on, the crown of justice is reserved for me. The Lord, the righteous judge, will deliver it to me that day, and not only to me, but also to all who have lovingly awaited its coming. "
My dear Bernard,
The moment of your departure has arrived, and despite the deep sadness that goes
leave your absence, I am consoled because I have the assurance that you are with the
Lord in the Kingdom of God.
You were a man with a passion for faith who gave everything and accepted
Jesus Christ as Lord and his personal Savior.
For many months, every day without ever missing any, with
the greatest fervor, you called me to pray for you, because you had the
faith that in the Lord through prayer was the strength to carry you in
this fight against disease.
I pay tribute to this accomplice husband, to this true protective father, to this
great head of the family, a man of depth in his friendships,
a true man and sincere in his love for his neighbor, a man
generous to the poor.
You touched me deeply with your amazing strength, your determination and your
immense courage in hardship. A few months ago, even as you
had been assaulted, and that I was very worried and revolted by this despicable act, you
found the strength to tell me: "Go my Marcel, Christ suffered
much more than that with the nails and the cross! We don't let go, we let go,
we loose nothing ! "
Today France is losing a very great servant of the nation, a visionary,
a leader, an advisor, a trainer, a manager, a builder, a
entrepreneur, but I pray that the impact of his faith and courage can
continue to inspire generations.
