La Gerbe, an association with multiple impacts

The GERBE is a Christian association of humanitarian and social solidarity, created in 1988. Dynamic and carrying many initiatives, it opens its actions in the direction of all without any distinction.

This christian association de solidarité is made up of two sites:

  • In Lézan (30), La Gerbe offers emergency accommodation for women victims of violence, a family pension, a shared house for seniors, an associative café as well as a Social Living Space.
  • In Ecquevilly (78), three poles revolve around solidarity : the international solidarity pole supports the projects of our partners in Eastern Europe and Africa, an integration project supports people excluded from employment, and a resource center helps reduce waste.

In Romania, ADDIP, one of its partners, supports young people from orphanages towards a stable and independent life. Madalina and Ezster from ADDIP will be present in the premises of Ecquevilly where she will talk about their work on Monday September 27 at 19:30 p.m. An appointment accessible face-to-face or on Zoom, by clicking here.

The Lézan site currently offers two civic services for young people looking for commitment. Offers to discover here.
