Madagascar: Made in Compassion's “Winter Kits” were distributed to more than 1000 families in Antananarivo

The “Winter Kits” were distributed in Antananarivo. During 10 days, the Made In Compassion team from Madagascar worked tirelessly. Coordinated by Véronique from Heart Reach Foundation, the members of the 9 local NGOs spared no effort.

Ve many of you responded to the call from Made In Compassion to help the poorest families in Antananarivo who are currently facing the southern winter. Their tin and wood houses are not equipped to cope with nighttime temperatures, which can be as low as a few degrees, and the population lives below the poverty line. In this context, children, families and the elderly find it difficult to protect themselves from the cold.

Thanks to your prayers, your sharing and your donations, Made In Compassion has been able to equip more than 1000 families. Mattresses, blankets, throws, thermos… With all this material, families are better prepared to face the cold.
