Leprosy Mission: Christian organization whose goal is to eradicate leprosy by 2035

Mission Leprosy is an international Christian organization with nearly 150 years of experience. Founded in 1874, The Leprosy Mission is the world's oldest and largest leprosy-focused organization with operations in over 30 countries.

Following Jesus Christ, Leprosy Mission seeks to bring about concrete changes in people affected by leprosy. The Christian organization works to break the chains of leprosy and empower people to achieve healing so that they can regain dignity and enjoy life to its fullest.

"No one should suffer because of a preventable and treatable disease" estimates Mission Leprosy, whose ambition is to eradicate this disease by 2035.

To achieve this ambitious goal, the organization is working on the diagnosis and treatment of the disease as well as the care of people with disabilities. She also intends to fight the stigma that surrounds leprosy and is involved in cutting-edge research.

Leprosy Mission is a member of the collective ASAH.
