Born in the Dominican Republic to a professional basketball player father, Hansel Enmanuel grew up in a poor neighborhood. At the age of 6, a wall collapses on him. His arm will remain blocked for 2 hours under the breeze blocks, forcing the nursing staff to amputate it.

"My life fell apart when Hansel's accident happened", says his father, "I was the one who accompanied him and when they had to amputate his arm, I had the impression that it was all over. But God seized us and led us on this path”.

Now, on Instagram, the basketball prodigy announces to his community of 1,4 million fans that he walks “by faith”.
