Erwan Cloarec, new president of CNEF

The National Council of Evangelicals of France has announced that Erwan Cloarec, pastor of the Federation of Evangelical Baptist Churches of France will take up the post of President of the CNEF in June 2022. 

This Monday, October 11, Romain Choisnet, communication director of the National Council of Evangelicals of France (CNEF) announced on Twitter that the representative committee of the CNEF has chosen to ask Pastor Erwan Cloarec to "prepare to take the office of President of the CNEF from June 2022". A request that Erwan Cloarec accepted.

During the Plenary Assembly in June 2022 which will ratify the composition of the new Representative Committee, Erwan Cloarec will be elected president of the evangelical organization. He will succeed Pastor Christian Blanc, President of the CNEF since June 2019.

Pastor of the Evangelical Baptist Church of Lyon as well as departmental delegate of the CNEF 69 committee since 2013, Erwan Cloarec worked for Agapé Campus after studying law. He is also a graduate of the Free Faculty of Evangelical Theology of Vaux-sur-Seine and the author of two books published by Croire Pocket.
