"After 30 minutes I rushed to the scene and found it was Jeremiah's room. Inside the room was a pool of blood."

In Uganda, on April 14, a Christian student died for sharing his faith with Muslims. Jeremiah Mwanga, a second-year student at Uganda Christian Professionals School in Lira, was killed in his bedroom.

A friend, whose identity remains secret for security reasons, testifies to the tragedy with Morning Star News.

Jeremiah had asked for prayer after receiving death threats from a student. On April 14, around 22 p.m., his friend heard screams in one of the school rooms.

"After 30 minutes I rushed to the scene and found it was Jeremiah's room. Inside the room was a pool of blood."

Jeremiah will be transported to the hospital, but will be pronounced dead on arrival. His friend retrieved his personal belongings, including his phone. Thanks to the information contained in the phone, the police were able to apprehend a suspect, identified as Chengalat. He now faces murder charges.
