A man opened fire in the forecourt of a London church. The victims were gathered for a funeral.

On Saturday around 13:30 p.m. a man opened fire on people gathered for a funeral. While on the forecourt of a London church, people were about to release doves when the man got out of his car and started shooting, according to a police source reported by the Daily Mail.

superintendent Jack Rowlands spoke out following the shooting.

“We believe the suspects discharged a shotgun from a moving vehicle, which was a black Toyota C-HR, likely a 2019 model or similar. It is a shocking incident. People have come here to attend funerals, to be with friends and loved ones, and to mourn together. Instead, they were the victims of a senseless act of violence.
