
Two people will be tried for infringement of freedom of expression and intentional violence after incidents in a church in Carnac (Morbihan) provoked by Breton fundamentalist Catholics opposed to the holding of a concert, we learned Thursday from the Lorient public prosecutor's office.
These two people, "a 29-year-old man living in Morbihan" and "a woman from a neighboring department", were identified during investigations by the Carnac gendarmerie, the public prosecutor said in a press release. from Lorient Stéphane Kellenberger, confirming information from Ouest-France.
They will be tried on March 13, 2024 for unauthorized demonstration and "concerted obstruction and with threat to the exercise of freedom of expression" for him, and for willful violence for her.
