
Anger is a strong emotion that we can all feel at certain times in our life (or day!). If it is sometimes legitimate, we must learn to control this emotion which can have a negative impact on our well-being and on those around us. Fortunately, we can count on the Lord and the Bible to help us!
“Know this, my beloved brethren. So let every man be quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to be angry; for the anger of man does not accomplish the justice of God. » James 1: 19-20
“He who is slow to anger is better than a hero, And he who is master of himself than he who takes cities. » 16 Proverbs: 32
