James story is an American retiree who has been gravely ill affected by the coronavirus. Now fully recovered, after having come close to death, he speaks of a miracle linked to the prayers of his Christian community.

J 'I really like this image, that of a community that unites in prayer for one of their members. What better example of fellowship than when we come together to place one of our own in the hands of God.

The Bible reminds us time and time again, we need each other. The church is “one body” (1 Corinthians 12:27) where everyone is different but necessary.

There is strength in unity, it's true, as we can see in Nigeria where the youth rumble in the street to denounce the police violence. A movement of such magnitude that it has gone around the world and is starting to bear fruit.

But make no mistake, the group effect can also have dire consequences. This is particularly the case with conspiracy theories which, in our time, find an ideal platform on social networks. The far-right movement QAnon, gives us a good example.

Because if we are the body, it is Jesus who is the head (Colossians 1:18). Let us not forget that it is around him and his teachings that we must above all gather.

So let's get inspired by the new primate of the Gauls who wishes to carry out his mission, "with his eyes fixed on Jesus Christ" and let's do it, together.
